Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Realme 16 Pro Plus infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3) to confirm these requirements):

DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to the DMCA. When Realme 16 Pro Plus receives a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complaining party. The complaining party then has 10 business days to notify us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our service. If we do not receive such notification within 10 business days, we may reinstate the removed material.
To file a counter-notification, you must provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):
